Competition Prep Coaching - 20 Weeks

*20 wks includes 16 week prep & 4 weeks post show

Looking for a coach for bodybuilding competition preparation? Jaclyn provides coaching for all bodybuilding divisions. Jaclyn will customize your training program & your meal plan based off of your competition goals & your schedule. You will communicate via email, you will keep her up to date on how your prep is going & what’s working/what’s not,  As the weeks go on, she will adjust your plans as needed. You will check in with Jaclyn with progress pictures AT MINIMUM 1x/wk. This is all via email, this way Jaclyn can keep track of all of your conversations & look back if needed.

Coaching will include:

  • Customized meal & workout plan

  • Post show plan

  • Posing feedback—includes adjustments to posing routine, advice on areas for improvement via weekly check-in pictures & video

  • Supplement recommendations & schedule
    Suit selection

  • Show day protocol

For Fitness Competitors, this does not include routine design, routine design is an additional service. See below

Fitness Routine Design/Fitness Routine Cleaning - 50 min sessions

In person or via zoom/FaceTime. Jaclyn will create your routine, send you videos to learn it & then you will meet in person or virtually with her to continue learn & clean the choreography up.

If you have a routine that is already choreographed, Jaclyn will work with you on intention & transitions to make sure your routine is seamless & you are bringing your best performance to the stage.
